• The site accepted my GoKwik prepaid payment of ₹22,499 instantly and generated Order #224002.
• Today is 18 October 2025 — 50 days later — and the dashboard still shows the order as “Processing.”
• I have not received any email updates, WhatsApp replies, phone calls, or ticket responses despite multiple follow-ups.
• There has been no refund. My money is effectively stuck with Mx2Games.
