Overview#

Led the greenfield build of Atlassian’s Interview Management frontend to replace the legacy ICIMS system, launching Hiring Committee and Consolidated Feedback modules that shrank debrief cycles from seven days to two for 100+ daily candidates. Productized an autosave framework for Elevate (assessment tool) that eliminated 95% of data-loss incidents and became a reusable component across the Atlassian monorepo. Drove the AI summarisation experience for Elevate, trimming manager review time by 70%, while mentoring three junior engineers to uphold delivery velocity and quality.
