Uber for Business (U4B) Admin Platform

Overview#

Led the migration of Uber for Business’s web-slide experience to the modern Web Dashboard GraphQL stack, introducing design patterns that grew organization conversion to first trip and payment add. Rolled out a configurable notification system that dropped admin contact rate by 1.3% across 2k+ self-serve organizations, and built a monorepo migration path that trimmed bundle size by 10%. Created a reusable GraphQL plugin architecture responsible for ~80% resolver reuse, enabling rapid feature delivery. Also launched dynamic credit limits and program guardrails that curbed loss rate by 49.7% and loss amount by 66.6%, while driving release quality through reviews and documentation.
